By order of Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev,a working group led by Deputy Prime Minister Shahin Mustafayev was created to resolve social, humanitarian, economic and infrastructure issues in the Karabakh region, AzVision.az citing the Administration of the President of Azerbaijan.
